The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) has gained national and
international renown for the quality of its undergraduate and graduate
programs and the scope of its research contributions. It is proud to
provide one of the most prominent programs for the study of Latin America
in the United States. In addition to offering Latin American curricula at
both the undergraduate and graduate level, the Latin American program at
UCSD has distinctive characteristics:

the Center for Iberian and Latin American Studies, the Center for U.S.
Mexican Studies, the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies and the Institute of the Americas.
