Project title: The homogenized law and the question of the sovereignty of the nationals States: the influence of the international integration process of the markets in the uniformity and homogenization of the national law

Current Research Project:
The globalization process is linked to the belief an unique economic model applicable to the totality of the countries in the world, which doesn’t take into consideration the social, political and ethical dimensions of the several national economies.
The belief in this model generate the phenomenon that I refer as homogenized law. The expression homogenized law aims to exposing the homogeny of the contemporary law, pointing at two tendencies: first, the tendency of reproduction, with in the national States, in the regulation of economic activities, of normative standards set by the economic agents, non-governmental organizations and public powers, which act on the global plan of the international relations. Second, the tendency to institutionalize global governance, namely, a global juridical ordainment starting from the integration of the national aiming at the global markets control.
